This policy explains how Reverence Studios handles personal information collected through our website and enrollment processes. It is pending attorney review.

What we collect

When you use our website or enroll with our studio, we may collect:

  • Contact information: name, email, phone number, mailing address
  • Dancer information: name, age, relevant medical or accessibility notes that inform safe instruction
  • Enrollment information: class choices, tuition payment records
  • Website usage: through standard analytics, we collect aggregated information about pages visited, device type, and referral source

We do not collect information from children under 13 without parental consent, in accordance with COPPA.

How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate classes safely and communicate with families about schedule, events, and billing
  • Respond to inquiries and applications
  • Improve our website and services
  • Send occasional updates about the studio, which you can unsubscribe from at any time

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary to operate our business (e.g., our payment processor, class management software provider) or as required by law.

Photography and media: Our photo/video release is a separate document included in enrollment paperwork. Families may opt out of having their dancer photographed for studio promotional materials.
