Your first trial class is complimentary. We want every family to experience a Reverence class before committing to enrollment. After the trial, if you'd like to continue, we'll work with you on class placement and registration.

Bring a water bottle, hair secured up (a bun for ballet), comfortable clothes you can move in, and proper footwear if you have it. For a trial class, we're flexible on attire — we'd rather see you in class than worry about the dress code. We'll talk through our full dress code if you decide to enroll.

You are welcome to stay in the observation area, and our teachers are experienced with first-day tears. Many dancers need a few classes to settle in — that is normal and completely fine. If your child struggles, we'll work with you and never push past what feels right for your family.

Music, choreography, and costumes are reviewed at every level to honor the dancer at that stage. Younger dancers wear simple leotards; older dancers wear pieces that allow freedom of movement without exposure. We never use music or movement that objectifies the dancer.

We publish monthly tuition, per-style costume fees, and the recital participation fee on our Tuition & Fees page. No surprise charges. Families with multiple dancers receive a multi-student discount, and financial aid is available for families who need it.

Yes. Reverence serves families of many faith backgrounds, cultures, and family structures. Our studio community includes Christian families of several denominations and families who don't identify as Christian at all. What we ask of every family is kindness, respect, and a shared commitment to building up the children we teach.

No. Reverence is founded on Christian values, which we express through respect, modesty, and a supportive community. Families of all faith backgrounds are warmly welcomed. Faith is present in our culture — not as a condition of participation in our non-ministry classes.

Classes open or close with a short moment of prayer or a themed reflection connected to a value the dancers are practicing that season. Choreography often draws from themes of hope, gratitude, or renewal. Beyond these moments, faith integration shows up most in our culture — in patience, encouragement, and how we speak about each dancer's gifts.

We meet transfer students where they are, technically and emotionally. Placement is based on current ability, not previous labels. Many families tell us their dancer needed a season of decompression before falling in love with class again — and we make space for that on purpose.
